Terms and conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- The rates are in Euros and includes service and government taxes.
- The breakfast is not included.
- Check-in time 2.00 PM.
- Check-out time 11.00 AM.
- Late check-out up to 2 pm. charged 10 euros, after 2 pm. full night charged.
- Possibility of transfer from/to Thong Sala harbour, contact the resort before.
- The resort don't accept credit card.
BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
- Full moon booking: A minimum length of stay of 3 nights and arrival date at least 1 day before full moon date.
- Christmas and New Year booking: A minimum length of stay of 7 nights.
PAYMENT:
- 50% pre-payment is required upon booking, balance on arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Anny cancellation received within 14 days prior to arrival will incur the first 1 night charge.
- Anny cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival will incur the full period charge.
- Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given.
